 Settings exist, both architectural and landscape that cry out for sculpture and kinetic art. My goal is to locate and enrich these settings. My mobiles and sculptures have been sited within interior spaces, atria, courtyards and meadows. I create objects that maintain harmony and balance, and that impart to the viewer a resonating sense ofwonder and pleasure. Making these sculptures is my passion, be it for the corporate client or the collector. My artistic interpretations have found expression in free standing sculpture, mobiles, stabiles, and industrial design. The dimensions range from tabletop size to the mightier proportions dictated by site and space. When working with architects, designers, and individual collectors, I listen to my client and incorporate their objectives into my sculpture. Together, in concert, we establish the project, select the mediums, and discuss any logistic parameters. Within an established time frame and budget, I produce the commissioned piece and, if necessary, supervise the installation. To generate art with a lasting presence and display it where it will bring excitement to others - this is my fundamental goal.  |
